Kellie is a space science strategist who has worked with a number of private organizations and government agencies to accelerate and communicate the progress of the commercial spaceflight industry. 

Kellie is an active member of The Explorers Club. She recently led an Explorers Club flag expedition to the Mars Desert Research Station, a prototype laboratory used by a variety of national space agencies and scientists to simulate long-duration spaceflight. Her crew spent two weeks in isolation conducting analog Martian field research and studying in situ resource utilization techniques. 

An avid science communicator, Kellie has appeared on popular television shows such as ABC’s “The View” and “Nightline” and has been profiled in dozens of publications, including The New York Times, Popular Mechanics, and Vogue. She was named a 2015 Rising Talent by the International Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society, and her passion for space and exploration has resonated with thousands of fans across social media platforms.
